Can you use this program on an ipad?
Yes. You can access both the training program and the ODX platform in Safari on your iPad. Teachable has dedicated official mobile apps available for both iOS and Android devices. The app is entirely free for students to download and use to view training courses. However, there are currently no custom apps for the ODX Platform, though the site is mobile responsive.
Can the software create reports from varying blood panels or does it need an exact set?
The software creates reports based on whatever test results you enter. There are no preset panels, just custom lab templates you can set up in the system. The more results you enter into the system, the better. Remember, with your OptimalDx account, adding blood tests into the software is completely free. With your training bonus, you get access to our PDF parser lab import tool, which extracts biomarker data from a lab's PDF report and enters the data into the software, saving you an enormous amount of time.
I run labs outside of the US and my labs are in Standard International units. Can I use the software?
Absolutely. There is no need to convert Standard International units (the units used by every lab outside of the US) into US units to use this software! This is the only software that we are aware of that is 100% usable by practitioners from all over the world. US practitioners use the software in the US unit mode while practitioners from Canada,New Zealand, Australia, etc. can input data in Standard International units, the units that come on their tests.

Does this training include treatment protocols?
No, the training does not include treatment protocols. We have brought in experts to share their knowledge on each session. This may include treatment ideas or further lab testing to consider.
Can I make money with the reports from the software?
I know a number of successful practitioners that make $200 profit from every blood test they run. That’s profit above and beyond the cost of the test itself. At that rate of profit, just 1 consultation/month will pay for the software each month! Do more than that and the rest is profit to you!
Does the ODX Blood Chem Software recommend specific products and dosages?
We go further than that by allowing you to build treatment plans that drive patient compliance. Using the ODX Treatment Plan Builder, you’ll be able to quickly generate treatment plans personalized to your patient’s blood test results using supplement recommendations from Fullscript and leading supplement companies. Once the treatment plan is built, you can run a Health Improvement Plan Report, composed of the "Health Improvement Plan" or HIP and the "Product Summary Report." The HIP presents your product-specific recommendations on " treating" the top clinical areas you have selected from the blood test. The "Product Summary Report" summarizes the nutritional product recommendations in the HIP. This report is a one-page summary that your patient can put on their fridge.
How secure is the software?
The software itself utilizes the very latest SSL browser encryption and the Database encryption of ALL personally identifiable data is 100% HIPPA and GDPR compliant. I take your patient security very seriously, which is why I have invested heavily in the latest security features.
Are the sessions live at a specific time and day each week? What's the schedule?
No, the training sessions are not taught live. A new training session goes live and active every week. You'll get an email notifying you when the latest session is live and active in your account!
I won’t be able to make many of the training sessions. Can I get access to them later?
The training sessions are not live! Each session has been recorded and the video is made available in our exclusive members-only training site at the ODX Academy. The training includes streaming video of the presentation and MP3 audio downloads of all sessions. This is a great bonus because you can replay the sessions as many times as you like. How is this program being delivered?
The training portion of this program is being run as an online training. There will be 12 modules in total, plus a bonus module, with 1 training module going live and active in the training site every week. The total hours of training in all the training modules is 35 hours and will focus on a specific organ system or series of blood chemistry patterns. Dr. Weatherby has been teaching seminars in Functional Blood Chemistry analysis since 2002 in the US, Canada, and Europe and is the author of the best selling book "Blood Chemistry and CBC Analysis: Clinical Laboratory Testing from a Functional Perspective". This training is a presentation of his latest work in this subject. He decided to do this as an online event because so many people have difficulty making a live seminar and he doesn't want to have to travel quite so much! We currently integrate with 2 virtual dispensaries: FullScript US and Canada, so you can build product-specific treatment plans in Optimal DX and send the prescription to FullScript for fulfillment, and the Designs for Health virtual dispensary. With DFH. We include eScript Links and QR Codes in the Health Improvement plans so your patients can buy your prescription directly from DFH for fulfillment. Additionally, we have protocols from the following companies in the ODX Application: Apex Energetics, Metagenics, Moss Nutrition, Xymogen, Biotics Research, Premier Research Lab, Standard Process, NuMedica, and OrthoMolecular. You can also add your own supplements and prescriptions into the platform and build treatment plans using those!
How long do I have access to the course?

Can the software show comparisons over time?
